Hi, I'm Sylvia — an IIN-certified health coach, and the person who chooses everything you'll find here.

I started Recovery & Wellness HQ because bringing recovery home had become two things: overwhelming and over-hyped. On one side, an endless scroll of near-identical products and grand promises. On the other, luxury kit that needs builders, an electrician and half your garden before you can use it. I wanted something calmer, and far simpler.

HOW I CHOOSE

So this isn't a warehouse that lists everything. It's a curated shelf. I don't manufacture these products — I research and vet what's available against a clear standard, and list only the few that pass. If a brand can't prove what it claims — real specifications, genuine build quality, a proper warranty — it doesn't earn a place here.

SIMPLE BY DESIGN

Everything we sell is plug-and-play: it runs from a standard plug socket, with no electrician, no hardwiring and no builders. Some cabins arrive flat-packed for straightforward, tool-light assembly (typically a two-person job), while ice baths and red light panels need little or no setup. Every product comes with clear instructions, and if anything's unclear you can email us and we'll get you an answer. Just recovery, brought home, simply.

My philosophy is simple: the future of wellness is doing less, not more. One considered ritual you'll actually keep beats ten gadgets you won't.
